Syracuse is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Syracuse follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Great prices but lousy follow through. Not worth the hassle. This place quoted me a better price than anywhere else I called. BUT, when it came time to actually do the job, zero follow through: I called on a Monday several times and got no answer till late afternoon, despite my calls having been made during posted business hours. Finally got a live answer late afternoon & received an apology from the guy, saying he takes Mon.'s off to schedule his appointments. Said he could make me his 1st tow of the day Tues. at 9 am, & just to call him @that time as a reminder. Called at 9, got no answer but a txt mssg saying he'll call me back. Heard nothing for 15 min's, so sent a reminder txt to him questioning what's up. By 9:30 he still hadn't answered back, so decided I'd had enough. Better prices at the cost of inexplicably delayed service just not worth it. Do NOT recommend!!!..

I was severely stuck on a seasonal back road, ( Kellogg), last Saturday. I had no idea conditions had gone from snow to ice. Halfway down it, I bottomed out and was hung up on the crest of a curve. I was going NOWHERE fast. Mr. Dave came to the rescue despite the roads status. It was not easy for even a large wrecker to use this road, but he did the impossible; he showed up! After a lot of positioning and repositioning, a tow cable, I was UNSTUCK. Let me tell you, this guy was ACES. He didn’t stop trying to get me out until it happened. HE BROKE HIS BUTT with no complaints. I will be forever grateful. DAVE is THE BEST! I feel safer on the road knowing an expert and friendly pro shares the road with me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Big D’s Auto: A kind and professional asset to drivers! Arrived quickly as well!

Big D's saved me from a snow drift after AAA left me sitting there for hours. (It wasn't there fault; it was a bad day for driving here in Syracuse.) The folks who showed up were friendly, efficient, and wasted no time. I was very pleased with their service and will be saving their card just in case.

During the January 25th storm my car went 80 feet off the road. After AAA sent a "Bigger Towing service" (after 3 hours) They tried to Up Sell me... Big D's was called and arrived in less that an hour. They were professional and efficient. They had me back on the road in 10 minutes! They also waited around, to make sure I got the car warmed up and was on my way. I would recommend these men 100% Still very thankful.

A NY snow storm landed me & the kids in a ditch. I was driving only 15 mph. Called AAA & had a recovery in under 60 minutes. Not to sound odd but a terrible experience landed us with the best recovery done by Big D's Auto. Kind,Respectful, prompt. I would recommend Big D's to any call. He was patient and so caring as the roads were slippery. He walked me back to my car. Never felt more thought of before. Thank You. Pass this to all of your friends and family. I am putting his phone # on my phone and you should too.
